1. Use of the App
You may use the app only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse, copy, or exploit app content in ways not permitted. Content shown (images, prompts, ideas) is for inspiration and educational purposes only.
2. User Content & AI Image Posting
By posting content (images, prompts, or comments) to Promptfic, you agree to the following:
AI-Generated Images Only: Users may only upload images generated by Artificial Intelligence. Uploading personal photos, real-life photography of others, or non-AI artwork is prohibited.
Prohibited Content: You are strictly forbidden from uploading or sharing content that contains:
Nudity or Sexual Content: Any sexually explicit or suggestive imagery.
Violence: Images depicting graphic violence, gore, or self-harm.
Hate Speech: Comments or images that promote discrimination or hostility based on race, religion, gender, or identity.
Spam: Repeated comments, promotional links, or irrelevant "bot-like" activity.
License: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and use your submitted content within the app's ecosystem.
3. Content Moderation & Account Bans
To maintain a safe community, we actively moderate all user-generated content.
Violation Consequences: Any breach of the prohibited content rules (as listed in Section 2) will result in immediate action.
Discretionary Bans: Depending on the severity of the violation, we reserve the right to issue a temporary suspension or a permanent account ban without prior notice.
Reporting: Users can report content that violates these terms for review by our moderation team.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights to the app’s design, features, and branding belong to Promptfic. While you may hold certain rights to the AI images you generate (subject to the terms of the AI generator used), by posting them here, you allow other users to view and be inspired by them within the app.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
The accuracy, reliability, or suitability of prompts or images.
Any damages caused by using the app, interpreting prompts, or interacting with other users in the comment sections.
Third-party links or external content shared by users. Use the app at your own risk.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in harassment, or disrupt the app's functionality.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
